I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I believe that healing happens through connection, and you are the expert of your own experience.
Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, build resilience, and move toward the life you want. You don’t have to face things alone...I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I work with adults and young people to manage anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs.

While my foundation is in the person-centred approach, I also draw from other therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to support emotional healing and build lasting coping skills. This integrative style allows us to explore deeper emotional experiences while also developing practical tools for change.

I understand that reaching out to a counsellor can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what you need; I’ll meet you where you are.
